When you call APC about selling your home the following process occurs:
The salesperson who specialises in your area will speak with you about selling your property. They will also explain how we do inspections with future buyers.
Should you decide to list your property with us we will send you a listing form for your approval and signature. Once we have received the completed form and have received the admin fee the listing will be activated and we then start introducing buyers from our data base. Your property is presented to buyers nationwide. John Hudson’s family has been selling properties for three generations. In the last 18 years John Hudson has personally sold over 2,700 properties. APC sells properties all over Australia and we are currently receiving over 200 enquiries per week.
We charge a commission of 2.75% and a small admin fee when we list a property. We will ask the owners to give us the key selling points and provide our team photos if they have them. Many of our clients have been trying to sell their property in the local market and have had no success. Our team often visit mining areas where there are large numbers of prospective investors. We also have properties all over Queensland and are consistently working with more active buyers each week. The major cities in Australia have seen good capital gains so we make it our business to show city-based buyers really good value regional properties. These buyers have good equity and are able to use this to make a purchase.
In the last 7 years we have sold large volumes of property in this manner and have saved many Vendors from having to further discount their property, trying to find a buyer from their local area.
